FAQ

"How do I register as a buyer?"

You can register now on our home page, just fill in the details and obtain a user name and password. Once you have this you can register for a bidding number by filling in the form and providing either your driving license or passport number. Then you pay the £100 deposit. Deposits will be refundable on the day of the sale if no purchase is made. Please take into consideration that there is a possibility your cash deposit may be returned to you in the form of a company cheque. 

 

"How do I bid online via the internet?"

Just click on our live internet bidding link, key in your user name and password, find the items you wish to bid on and wait for your lot to come up for auction.

 

"What are the terms of payment?"

Payment must be received within three days of the auction; we will then transfer the money to the seller within three days.

10% of the total price must be paid on the day of the auction either by credit card or through telegraphic transfer. The rest of the balance can be settled via bankers draft, telegraphic transfer, credit/debit card or cheque.

Also note, the £100 registration deposit will be deducted from the 10% required on the auction day.
